UniCem’s Community Development strategy, focuses on engagement programs and community development projects, and both now, and in the future will be built on three pillars:

• Education,
• Health, and
• Economic Empowerment. 

Besides ongoing economic empowerment programs, UniCem partners with credible NGO’s such as Development Nigeria (DIN); CRS Social Development Agency; Industrial Training forum (ITF); Opportunity Industrialization Centre International (OICI); CRS Rural Community Development (RUCODEV) and Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC), to facilitate the creation of sustainable income generating opportunities within the communities.
