Can you name Man Utd’s XI from Cristiano Ronaldo’s debut in 2003?

On 16 August, 2003, Cristiano Ronaldo made his debut for Manchester United, coming off the bench in a 4-0 victory over Bolton Wanderers.

Rising star Ronaldo, 18 at the time, had become the club’s first Portuguese player, having been signed from Sporting Lisbon earlier that summer.

He was introduced just after the hour mark and put in a lively maiden performance to help spark United’s three-goal haul in the second half.

But we’re asking you to name the XI that Sir Alex Ferguson picked to start that day. If you’re struggling, sign up with Starting 11 below to get access to hints.

And if this puts you in the mood for another challenge, why not try naming Ferguson’s 30 most-used players at Manchester United?
